A decent experience
helpful staff free bag storage free water uncomfortable chairs dead cactus drafty room
The staff was helpful. I got a sewing kit when I asked for it. They kept my bags for free before check-in and after checkout (it was really nice). I could also take water bottles for free every day.
The room had uncomfortable chairs. I had to sit on the bed to be comfortable. The room decoration included a dead cactus, made me sad (i really love cactuses!). The room also felt drafty.

quite nice stay
quick check in comfy bed spacious shower high deposit slow refund company card
check in and check out was very quick and easy. the room was bright! the beds were comfy and the bathroom was big with a spacious shower. staff were all very pleasant.
the deposit taken from my card upon arrival was quite high. it took a while to get it back after my return home. i originally paid using a company card. one of my colleagues asked for breakfast one morning.

some issues noted .
misaligned door limited menu
I found a few issues . the bathroom door didn't close properly. It was misaligned and required a hard shove. also, the room service menu was limited. it could really use a better variety of options.

yoga mat marshall speaker poor pressure mosquito net
The room had a Marshall speaker, a detail I found lovely and unexpected. I also enjoyed the yoga mat provided.. it allowed for some nice stretching after my travels.
The shower had poor water pressure. I also noticed there were no mosquito nets, made for a sleepless night.
